Starting with a Doctor of Pharmacy, he followed a growing frustration with how little of the information available in clinical settings was actually being used to make better decisions. That frustration became a calling, and it has carried him across industries ever since, because as he puts it, the gap between what organisations know and what they use to decide is everywhere.
