Dr. Nakajima’s path to founding ProfBridge Commons was shaped by experiencing both worlds directly. A career in management consulting running in parallel with a doctorate, postdoctoral research, and academic leadership as a Professor and Dean gave him a clear view of something most people on either side of the divide never fully see: the structural gap between practical business knowledge and formal education, and how much value is lost because of it.
